Vivalavita*RU

Hi! My name is Ekaterina. I have been working professionally with Siberian cats for almost 15 years.

Our cattery is called Vivalavita, which means "long live life". One of our goals is to help more people discover and appreciate the Siberian breed, which is native to Russia.

I am proud to say that a lively community has grown around us: we have several chats where new people join in, talk, share experience and support each other. That is why we can confidently call Vivalavita a collective cattery.

We pay close attention not only to breed quality, but also to the health of our cats. This year I started studying at a modern veterinary academy in a program focused on small companion animals: cats and dogs. It gives us more opportunities to build reliable support for all the residents of our Vivalavita city.

Collective Format

Vivalavita*RU can be described as a collective cattery: our cats do not all live in one apartment or with one owner. This format helps us pay closer attention to health, adult cats' quality of life and the well-being of kittens.

We do not keep kittens of different ages together in one room. In most cases, each mother raises her own kittens separately from other animals. This helps preserve a calm routine, reduce stress and lower health risks for the youngest kittens.

Experience and Breeding Work

This year the cattery is 15 years old. During this time, we have had around 350 graduates who live in different cities across Russia and abroad. The cattery includes imported cats from the EU who take part in our breeding program.

We work professionally with the Siberian breed. The quality of our breeding cats and graduates is supported by participation in international shows under several recognized systems. In recent years, we have most often taken part in WCF shows.

Support for Owners

Feedback and the feeling of a large family are very important to us. The cattery has a private Telegram chat for owners of our graduates. Families can share updates, celebrate their cats' progress, watch siblings grow, ask questions and receive support there.

All our kittens receive standard vaccination and an additional ultrasound check after about three months. We also help owners contact trusted veterinarians and use clinic discounts connected with the cattery. My personal discount is available to owners of our graduates.

As a breeder, I often accompany owners to veterinary appointments at this clinic, and sometimes at others too, to help, keep an eye on the situation and support them in practice. In any case, I stay in touch and am ready to help after a kitten moves home.

Moving Home

Every kitten leaves for a new home with a starter set. Its contents may vary depending on how the kitten gets home, but the principle itself is essential for us. Every kitten is our child, and we want to be sure that the move is calm and comfortable.

Future owners prepare for the kitten's arrival in advance and buy everything needed according to our recommendations. Preparing independently without taking the cattery's requirements into account can be a reason to refuse the sale of a particular kitten: safety and comfort matter more to us.

We also provide access to cattery discounts for certain food brands, including during the preparation stage before the kitten arrives.

Delivery and Geography

Our graduates live almost all over the world. Over the years, Vivalavita*RU kittens have moved to Poland, Germany, Czechia, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil, Australia, China and other countries. Many of our graduates live in America.

In recent years, the Russian geography of the cattery has also been growing actively: our kittens live in Moscow and the Moscow region, Saint Petersburg, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Arkhangelsk, Novorossiysk, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Tula, Ivanovo, Chita, Orenburg, Perm, Yugorsk, Tolyatti, Vladivostok, Sakhalin and other cities.

We do not send kittens by train without personal accompaniment within Russia. Future owners usually come for their kitten themselves, or we can discuss individual delivery by trusted hands. Personal contact and handing the kitten over from person to person matter to us: it makes the move calmer and lowers the risks on the road.
